Defining the Internet
What is the Internet? Nowadays, its so complex that it is tough to define, constructed of both abstract and concrete parts, it also emanates from all over the world, not centralized in one “internet building” that contains all of its contents.
The argument can be made for the Internet to be held to its physical location, but this does not come without its issues. While the internet does have to be stored on servers ( a physical vessel), there are countless amounts of these servers located across the globe, so you cannot set guidelines based on this.
